# Plot Aging

Shares now age over time. As they age, their maximum fertilizer cap is reduced. The **type of share** dictates their lifespan. Some plotshare ages can be **restored** **with seeds**

* Daily Pack *Soulbounds -* Lifespace of 100 days and cannot be restored.
* Plots purchased with $ROOT - Lifespan of 250 days and can be restored
* NFT *Soulbound* Plots - Lifespan of 500 days and can be restored
* Legendary 1/1 Plot shares - Do not age!

### Share Restoring

Players can **spend Seeds** to restore eligible aged shares back to age 0, returning their max fertilizer to the 500 max cap. Seed cost is determined by type of plot, plot rarity, and age of plot when restored. (*The older the plot the more seeds needed to bring back to Age 0)*

### Age Based Plot Sales

ROOT-purchased shares have an aged resale value. Plot sales start at 95% of the purchased price, and scale down the older the plot gets into its lifespan. At the end of its lifespan, the plot shares value is 0
