Rent System

When a player lands on a plot owned by other players:

• Rent is paid first automatically

• Rent is 3.4% of the current purchase price of the plot

  • 5% of the rent is an in game tax that goes to the treasury vault locked away

If a player lands on a plot they own, they pay the posted rent as normal, and receive their designated share of the rent as normal.
