Selling a plot grants you 90% of the players original purchase price (+/- 2%) for every step up in the ladder.
After a sale, the purchase price of that plot is reduced by 2%
Early buyers benefit when many players land on, and purchase after them.
(Plot Base Cost) × (90% + (2%* Laddering position) = Sell Value
